ZANU PF YOUTH LEAGUE ATTENDS IMBONERAKURE DAY

A four-member ZANU PF Youth League delegation led by its Acting Deputy Secretary Cde Tendai Chirau is in Burundi to attend the 5th edition of the Imbonerakure day.

The 5th edition is being held under the theme “Together for a radiant, prosperous and hopeful Africa” and runs from the 24th to the 28th of August 2021. The word Imbonerakure means “those who see far” in the Kurundi language.

The delegation is in Burundi at the invitation o the National Council for the Defense of Democracy-Forces for the Defense of Democracy (CNDD-FDD). Secretary for Finance Cde Getrude Mutandi, Secretary for External Affairs Cde Sibongile Sibanda and Director for Youth Affairs Cde Blessed Ziome are part of the delegation.

Secretary General for the CNDD-FDD Honorable Reverien Ndikuriyo expressed satisfaction at the relations between the two political parties.
