ZANU PF President and First Secretary Cde E.D Mnangagwa has joined other Heads of State for the 41st Southern African Development Community SADC Summit in Lilongwe, Malawi.
Among other leaders are Malawi President Lazarus Chakwera, DRC President Felix Tshisekedi, South Africa President Cyril Ramaphosa, Mozambique President Filipe Nyusi and Botswana President Mokgweetsi Masisi.
The Summit is being held under the theme “Bolstering Productive Capacities in the Face of COVID-19 Pandemic for Inclusive, Sustainable, Economic and Industrial Transformation”.
Meanwhile President Nyusi has passed on the baton to President Chakwera who takes over the Chairmanship of SADC.
